Great acting/life advice from a very, very smart lady.
Check out this great energy breakdown from Patsy Rodenburg. She borders on some mumjo-jumbo (and it's debatable whether or not everything she says is actually act-able), but it never hurts to consider all theories. Just don't let theories get int he way of your job.
